ABOUT NINA
Nina Pelligra is best known for her a cappella looper covers and solo a cappella recordings. Having a background in vocal jazz and musical theater, her vocals are dynamic and bright. Her arrangements have the complexity of her jazz and musical theater roots and the power and structure of pop/rock hits. Her songwriting style is inspired by great poets with a similar vocal style, such as Sarah Bareilles, John Mayer, and Ingrid Michaelson.

"Alongside artists like Track IX, Imogen Heap, Julia Easterlin, Grace McLean, and Kimbra, singer-songwriter Nina Pelligra wants to secure her place on the list of supremely talented professional live-loop performers. Pelligra's latest recording, Sense of Self, sets her on that path."
